During my New Year's stay, I really enjoyed the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner selection was exceptional, with plenty of options to choose from. the staff were extremely courteous, friendly, and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The central heating system in the room was a letdown, as it didn't work properly. This resulted in a very cold room and no hot water, which affected our overall experience.
